Chiming in a little late here but better late than never. Personally I've noticed that under advanced wifi settings of the cx ipV6 was enabled by default, but my router didn't have it on. So i configured the router for ipV6. Now i am getting 100mbit/s running speedtest in the TVs webbrowser as opposed to 8-10 mbit/s.

When I usee the connectivity test inside the netflix app it is as slow as 1-3Mbps. When I disable/enable wifi on the TV it works fine again.
