Get in turn the ignition on and the wipers do one intermittent wipe. stopping half way don the screen. the same type of wipe as if you click onto intermittent then back to off. the wipers work fine but don't stop at the bottom. Check if the fan is working with the a/c on after some time. If it's not working check voltage on the fan plug and the relay. There are two relays if I remember correctly.
