on S-type the rear parking speaker usually lives under the rear parcel shelf. that speaker is for the rear parking sensor, if the beeping is coming from the overhead cosole thats usualy front parking sensors, which can be turned off on the overhead console. some S-types suffer with damp in the boot, which what causes problems with the module.
